Fast and effective weight loss pill or crash diet?
I normally don't believe in taking diet pills or doing crash diets or anything like that, but i have an event in a week and I recently went off the atkins after having little sucess with it, and I've gained a few pounds back since I went off it. So does anyone know of a very quick and effective crash diet or diet pill? How can I boost my weight loss?
I am trying to lose weight and having some success. I have lost about 30 pounds in two months and gone from a BMI of 34.5 to a BMI of 30.1 still way over weight . I have reduced calories and am eating healthier foods. I am also exercising every day on my elliptical 60 90 minutes at a moderate level. It started slowly. Then, the weight really started to come off quickly at a rate of about 5 lbs week. I have done this without the use of any supplements or diet pills. It was kind of amazing and felt good to have such noticeable success.The weight loss has slowed significantly over the past couple of weeks. Instead of losing 5 lbs. week, I actually gained a pound over the past two weeks. I continue to exercise and have added some strength training to my routine in addition to the cardio. My intake has been and remains at about 1800 calories day. The weight loss just stopped.I can't help wondering, " Why did I stop losing?" . What can I do to kick my weight loss into high gear again?

Hello everyone, i just got out of hospital recently after two months, i was diagnosed with hypophysis and hypothiroid. The problem i have is weight. i was alwayse a slim woman, but since hospitak i lost rapid wait, as i was recovering i began to gain some wait and started to feel good about my self. Now i am home i am eating so good basically overeating my self, because i want to gain wait. But i have lost wait again, and dont understand why. I am really hopeless about it and want to look good in my jeans again but this wait loss is driving me crazy. i am on Eurothyrox, and Hydrocorticoind medications. This medicine is not supousto stop me from gaining waight. I really need someone with same sympthons to tell me how they dealing with waight issue. Heart Rate and Weight Loss. What is the best intensity to work out at?
I ve been very confused lately about the best way to work out. I m not new to working out, and pretty much am consistent about working out. I aim for 4 5 days a week. I generally give myself a pretty good workout and do both cardio and strength training. I ve recently invested in a heart rate monitor, because I really want to lose weight, and have been hearing more and more that it is important to stay within heart rate range, and that working out too hard can actually make it harder to lose weight.Today I worked out with my heart rate monitor. My goal was to stay between 70 % 80 % of my max heart rate which is 151bpm 165bpm. I noticed I really had to cut down on my intensity and slow down or even stop and walk for a bit to keep my heart rate within that range. With my normal workout my heart rate is in the high 160s to low 180s.It just seems strange to me that in order to lose weight more quickly, I would have to decrease the intensity of my workout.Is anyone pretty knowledgeable about heart rate and weight loss, or has experienced more rapid weightless after decreasing the intensity of their workouts?
