How does the app LoseIt! work? Calorie allowance decreases with weight loss?
Today, I was experimenting with the app, and I put in my today's weight which is about 2 lbs less than when I started a week ago . My calorie allowance went down. Is this correct? Why would my allowance go down if I'm closer to my target weight? Shouldn't I be able to eat more as I get closer and closer to my goal weight? Just wondering Thanks

ok so today i more or less started to try and lose weight, i weighed 185 this morning and i got up and ate 2 brownies cuz i really wasnt hungry, i then went out cut some wood, witch really wasnt that vigorous, but still then i went in and didnt eat much but i put down like 300 more calories and 50 fat cals so then i went out and played soccer for a while and did some barn chores with really wasnt that bad, same for soccer, then i had to unload wood wtch wasnt to bad, then i ate like another 200 calories for dinner, and sat at the computer for 5 hours, i weighed myself... i was 163.6 is that normal just because i excersized more and didnt eat as much? also my mom was diabetic so i decided to check my blood sugar. it said 102, so i decided watever i had have a peice of cake so i looked after and it was down to 93, can some1 explain both the weight and sugar, i just wanna mae sure im not getting anything bad herei dont want any trials i wanna do this the right way not with drugs or anything just is this good bad should i kill myself?

I already know it isn't that healthy, so don't tell me that, i am simply asking for some answers. so if you are against this, don't post an answer because this is my body and you don't make the ultimate decision. how ever my question is how much weight can i lose on a 30 liquid fast? I have already lost 20 pounds with exercise and healthy diet and i have 23 pounds left to lose. summer will be here in 69 days and i want to get down to my original weight 115. i am 5'3, and i have a small frame and that is the weight i feel comfortable at. my liquid fast will be mostly of water, and home made juice containing fruits and vegetables. i am considering going on this fast for 30 days then slowly ease my way back into eating healthy foods. i assume i have lost all of my water weight, so how many pounds do you think i will lose in that month? im the type of person that will maintain my weight loss once it is gone so i don't want to hear about gaining it back.

Fast weight loss tips?
Ok, I want to lose a considerably large amount of weight by next Saturday 7 days . I'm nearly 14, male and I weigh 11 4. I don't think I can go jogging everyday but I could go cycling I guess. I don't mind stopping eating alot accept some vegetables and fruit. Please tell me what I should do as exercise, what I should eat and if this could damage my growth.
