Question: My health (inhaler and weight loss)?

Im an over weight male of 19 years old i way about 278. I used to way 303 and i recently check my blood pressure and pulse i remembering my blood pressure in safe zone and my pulse be about 10 above normal, but i have been eating beter and excising but recently my Asama seemed to turn for the worst. Im not sure if i am addicted to this thing{INHALER} but just recently I went to a friends house, when I went bathroom late at night after I pied I got really light headed and collapse in bathroom. I was seeing everything but didn't have strenght to control myself . When i finally pulled my self together I walk back to where I was sleeping just to collapse once more im very scared of my health im trying to lose weight and it seems I cant lower my weight at all anymore and it seems that I need my inhaler every moment of my life. please answer I need some kind of assessment especially if i have to see a doctors(not much of doctor person) |
