Question: Quick weight loss tips!?

I'm not very overweight at 167lbs with a most sturdy bone structure (opposed to taller stick figures) and a bigger bust (34F) but I would like to get down to at LEAST 140lbs asap. I don't want to cut food out from my life. I have been trying to make sure my meals are smaller, but I get all 3. like a granola bar for breakfast.. tomato sandwich or small bowl of broccoli soup for lunch and a sencable dinner.. but of course things get in the way. like birthday cake!! anyway. what are foods that are cheaper (I don't have a big budget) that I can eat that will help boost my metabolism? I don't want any fancy diets just foods that have fibre and boost metabolism :) also, I walk my dogs about 4 miles a day, 2 in the morning and 2 at night, but walking doesn't do much. I have some sauna bands (one for my waste and 2 for my arms) and ankle and wrist weights. I also have a skipping rope, DDR game, and a small rowing thing I just stick my feet on the foot things and pull back on the handles in a rowing motion which gets resistance from one big spring.. I'm not sure what it's exact name is. I have been using those. my genetics are kinda stacked against me. and I want to drop that weight NOW! so if ppl have solutions of things you have done that has worked that would be great. the cheaper and more convenient the better! oh one more thing, unless its just multi vitamins, I don't want to be taking pills. like diet pills isn't gonna happen |

I've been trying this new diet. Have you heard of it, the big breakfast diet? Okay so here's how it goes. You have to eat a lot in the morning. 7 parts protein, 2 parts carbs, 2 parts fats and one breakfast sweet. According to studies eating sweets in the morning lessens cravings during the day. In the morning I eat 2 pancakes, lot's of sweet ham, 6 chocolate kisses and a strawberry fruit shake then during lunch I drink a fruit juice and i don't eat dinner. The thing is a big breakfast really does help you loose weight. You know what. At first I didn't believe it because I was thinking how the hell will I loose weight eating all these sweets in the morning but then after 2 days I had lost 3 pounds already. Wow right? So now i'm still doing the diet. Eating so much in the morning a fruit shake for lunch and i don't get hungry during dinner at all! Seriously. Since your fat burning acids go higher during the night you should not eat 5 hours before you sleep or else it would be hard for your body to be burning everything. If you get hungry at night just convince yourself to eat it in the morning because you will be able to eat it anyway right?! Plus thats why it's called breakfast... because you came from a FAST. Just eat before 9am in the morning and make sure you eat 15 mins right after you wake up! this will help you loose weight i swear! :) |

Hi It is easy to lose weight.But you have to know how.And also of course you have to know how to do that healthy, because many method involves unhealthy activities such as pills with side effects, unhealthy diet plans and so on.
