The best way to lose weight is to stop eating breadfast. In other words, donnot eat anything until 12:00 Pm. Since the breadfast is the most important meal of the day, it really affect your weight with a negative sing on the numbers. After 12:pm you can eat what ever you like. I lose 35 pound withing 2 months. I didn't had to go to the gym or pills. Now, I have 210 pounds and 5'11 height very satisfied with my weight. I desinged this diet.

Im not a doctor but i wouldnt recommend a weight loss pill, theyre either not safe or dont work, youd be wasting your money, just go on a diet instead
